The Brazilian Cultural Center of New England located in Cambridge is dedicated to the promotion, preservation and advancement of Brazilian culture, especially Afro-Brazilian culture and the performing arts. At the center, you can take part in Capoeira Angola (Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, sports, and music. Capoeira Angola refers to all styles of Capoeira that is kept close to tradition), Roda or Maculelê, which are both Afro-Brazilian dances, or even Samba nights!
